Can we reach out without a finished technical spec?

Yes. We usually launch one complete module or key scenario first, then expand the system in stages, prioritized by business value.
Who owns the code and data?
The client owns their data and gets rights to the product built for them, as set out in the contract. Any shared libraries or reusable technical components, where used, are addressed separately.
How much does development cost and how long does it take?
Cost and timeline depend on the scope of the first version, the number of user roles, business scenarios, and integrations. After diagnosis, the project is broken into stages, each with its own deliverable, timeline, and budget.
Who supports the product after launch?
Support can be handled by KAIVIX, the client's team, or both together. If needed, code, documentation, and access make it possible to hand the product to another qualified team.
