These Terms of Use (the “Terms”) govern access to and use of kaivix.com (the “Site”). The Site is operated by the Kaivix team (“we”, “us”); our corporate entity is in the process of registration, and its details will be added to these Terms once completed.
By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you disagree with any part of them, please stop using the Site.
01Purpose of the Site
The Site provides information about Kaivix services: AI system implementation, software development, integrations, search rankings growth, and related work. The information on the Site is provided for general information only and does not constitute a binding offer. The scope, pricing, and timeline of any specific engagement are agreed individually and set out in a separate agreement between you and Kaivix.
02Intellectual property
All Site materials — texts, graphics, design elements, the KAIVIX name and logo, diagrams, animations, and code — belong to Kaivix or are used under lawful grounds. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or use Site materials for commercial purposes without our prior written permission. Reasonable quotation with attribution to the Site is permitted.
Third-party trademarks and names mentioned on the Site (such as names of services and platforms) belong to their respective owners and are referenced for informational purposes only.
03Case studies and results
Case studies, metrics, and result examples published on the Site are based on real projects and presented in anonymized form. They illustrate the outcomes of specific projects under specific conditions and are not a promise or guarantee of similar results for your project: outcomes depend on your market, competition, website condition, budget, and other factors. We assess applicability to your situation individually, after analysis.
04Acceptable use
When using the Site, you must not:
- disrupt or attempt to disrupt the Site's operation, or circumvent its protective measures;
- submit the Site's forms by automated means, or use them for spam or bulk messaging;
- submit unlawful content, malicious code, or third parties' data without their consent;
- impersonate any person or organization;
- scrape or harvest Site content by automated means for commercial purposes without our permission.
05Third-party links
The Site may contain links to third-party websites and services. We do not control and are not responsible for their availability, content, or data practices. You follow such links at your own risk.
06No warranties
The Site is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We aim to keep the information accurate and up to date, but we do not warrant that the Site is free of inaccuracies, errors, or interruptions, and we may change its content at any time without notice.
07Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for any indirect damages, loss of profit, or other harm arising from the use of, or inability to use, the Site, or from decisions made in reliance on the information published on it. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law.

We may update these Terms. The current version is always published on this page with the date of the last update. Continued use of the Site after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
10Governing law and disputes
Matters not covered by these Terms are governed by applicable law. The parties will seek to resolve any dispute related to the use of the Site through negotiation; failing that, the dispute will be referred to a competent court in accordance with applicable law. Once our corporate entity is registered, this section will be updated with the governing jurisdiction.
